Does the max really half to be 25, do not most people have it on longer than that....

Also I am going to try an play around in the source and figure out if I can get it to do a second vote between the top two options and if I can disable the #1 option.

If you compile the plugin yourself and let the cfg files get auto generated there is no maximum listed for that cvar. Our servers are set for 30 and have no issues. I'm guessing there is no maximum (less your mp_timelimit).

Ok cool, also is the limit really 6 choices or is that just a recommended max as well?

Tired looking over the code to see if I would be able to edit it to have a revote between the #1 and #2 options but it is over my head so a better programmer will need to give it a shot.

Noob question here:

So, to add this to a server, I must DL & unzip all files on the first page for this plugin and put them in their respective folder, right?

I'm using SM 1.1
Do I need to replace:
mapchooser.smx
rockthevote.smx
mapchooser.cfg
mapchooser.sp
rockthevote.sp
on my server with the ones given in the plugin?

And since these folders (and their contents) don't exist in my server files, should I just copy them over and create them?

Yes to all your questions. To play it safe you could move the plugin conflicts to the "disabled" folder within the "plugins" folder.

You can also put anything that doesn't go into the addons or cfg folders on your fast download server (ie sounds etc).

Also, I highly recommend you upgrade to SM 1.2.

Does this work ok with SM 1.2?

Im still using SM 1.1 and the main reason I use this plugin is for the vote sounds?

Can anyone on SM 1.2 give me any incite on whether this plugin even works and if the vote sounds work on 1.2 (since the mapchooser.smx is from 1.1)?

Same here it works good and i use the mani vote sounds.
The only thing not working is when typing listmaps in console i don't see the maplist.

i have DOD and i installed everything where it should go, the mapvote at the end of the map works great. i just want to know how to extend the map have that in the voting "map extend" and the settings to extend. also RTV doesnt work the vote goes through an everything but a voting selection never pops up. only the RTV pops up and players vote but after everyone votes nothing pops up.
