When you kill a player only the person's Screen spins around in slow motion going like then flipping back in reverse is it possible

Like flipping upside down then going back to normal when the person kill's a enemy

Can anyone code it please

Is it possible to create a screen flips upside down for 5 seconds then resets view back to normal after he killed someone 'RefreshRate'
