Ok, I have 3 ideas for scripts that I would definately love to see on my server and other servers for Team Fortress 2. I'll just plainly list them for you all to read.

1: First one is a cool thing we thought of on my server. I have a admin sound people love that is the sound from Metal Gear Solid when you would get discovered and the ! would appear above the enemies heads. I would love to have it set up so that when a spy is bumped into it plays the "!" sound on my server. And even possibly blurt something out in the chat box like "lookie lookie you found a cookie!"

2: I have always wanted there to be a bonus for people who kill a server admin (this would most likely have to be designated by the admins Steam ID manually being put in). Something like a 3x point bonus for killing an admin. As well as possibly a glow for the admin kind of like in CSS (although I do not know if this is possible with Team Fortress 2)

3: I also would like to see a script that turns off alltalk after over X amount of people are on the server and turns it back on after under X amount of people are on the server. This would come in handy for servers where they are busy during the day and sparse at night.

I know this is a lot to ask of the scripting community, but I think they would all be very cool, if not mildly entertaining.
