hey,
I got one question for podbot.
Do i just have to put the podbot folder in addons and add that line to the liblist file and i am all set?

Here You have some links to topics they are describing how to install everything and what are the common problems with installing podbot mm under linux. You need to read both topics (even if You think they are too long) to get the point and understand what to do to get pb mm working.

it's also possible that he may not be allowed to run bots on his rented server as well due to increased cpu usage. he might need to check his eula with the host company before he goes through all of this!

How high is the CPU usage? Because I tested running 31 bots and CPU usage never goes above 5.

That's a pretty good result! What is the version of bots You are using and what is the CPU on Your server?

Varies like anything else.
When I rented one from http://www.affordablegameservers.com/
I wasn't allowed to run BOTS of any kind, not on a 1.6 or source server. Now I could have if I wanted to pay for more cpu usage.
Just my two cents is all.

Hmm. Funny...either they're overloading their dedicated servers or they have sucky hardware.
