that is because you redirect them to a website so it is possible to have over 2000

so you can redirect on your server, and running an http server as amxmodx plugin and generate the page with it ...

..Yeah..just use that...apache module...right

Anyway, you cannot use a file to do this because to display the file you have to open it and store it in an array anyway.

Simply use an HTML redirect to another web page and you have no character limit.

but that defeats the purpose i was aiming for. i wanted to not rely on any other source than the plugin itself.

Build a dynamic MOTD of >200 chars, I assume.

One thing to try is efficienting up your HTML.

You can get rid of closing tags, et c. as a lot of nested tags should be auto-closed.
