SH_DECL_MANUALHOOK#_vafmt ??

vafmt manual hooks are missing from sourcehook.h. I don't know enough about the SourceHook internals to make these macros myself. Can we get vafmt macros for manual hooks (e.g SH_DECL_MANUALHOOK2_void_vafmt, SH_DECL_MANUALHOOK2_vafmt)?

the newest sourcehook.h version in trunk.
