i need help with models

how do i make it so that the custom models show? i cant get them to work on my server. my friend said i need a model/sound replacement thing but he doesnt kno were to download it

can any1 help me?

i was told by a few people that, thatplugin wont work for PLAYER models cause i wanna use the "admin models" plugin. the server makes every1 download it but NO one sees the models on the admins.

That plugin X-Script linked to only replaces weapons. What plugin is it that you are using?
