if i want to have "hellooooo" in my server as a message that appears to everyone just like how it appears when you type @@ infront of what you want to say, how would i do that? do i need a plugin? also where's amxx.cfg located at?

Firstly, amxx.cfg is in addons/amxmodx/configs.

Can you be more specific about what it is you want? When should this message appear? When someone joins? For that one person or for everyone?

Your first question should have been placed in "Suggestions/Requests". The second question, is allowed on this board, but at the same time, you should be ashamed of yourself for not knowing or adequately looking.

Further, don't start threads with such cryptic subjects: "Message". That doesn't really give us an idea as to what the thread is about.
