Where do I find and edit the scrolling messages in amxx1.76a? The messages that pop up on the screen, so I can advertise my other servers on each other?

Go to your configs dir and open amxx.cfg

Now, look after

// Frequency in seconds and text of scrolling message
amx_scrollmsg "Welcome to %hostname% -- This server is using AMX Mod X" 600

Change that after your needs, when your done remember to save.
