Oh, searching it up on the global forum rules and the offtopic rules, the requesting of warez isn't against the rules specifically.

he's asking for a legit cd-key, how is that warez

by the way, i know a unused account name and password for LoD. somebody just gave it out on bnet, saying that they're done playing. but i don't know if it'll work with a invalid cd-key

I don't even need to explain why, but here goes.
- It is against the D2 EULA
- Trading CD-Keys is automatically considered warez
- He got the copy of LOD for free, which is also illegal.
- You PAY for the use of said CD and CD key and if you don't pay it is considered STEALING which IS A CRIME.

So your basically saying that if someone gives me a game and/or CD-key, and i dont pay, its considered STEALING, even if they gave it for FREE?
