if you enable the "statssounds" plugin, the server tries to download
all sounds needed, so you eithr have to throw all needed sounds
onto your server, or edit the source of that plugin and remove the precaching
of the sounds you don't want.

place two slashes in the lines with the sounds that you don't have on your server.
so let's say you just have headshot.wav and humiliation.wav in your
server's sound/misc folder, then you would have to change the source (statssounds.sma) to this:
