when you kill some one or plant the bomb or anything like that happens you xp stays the same. Why is this how do I set it up so that you xp for killing people. Does the fact that I've only tried bot make a difference?

Edit it in the shconfig.cfg
You still get xp no matter what, if they are bots or not.
Try checking on how your xp is saved too, by Mysql or vault.
If it's still not working, I prefer reinstalling shmod, without replacing all your important configuration files.
