when i join a server my text color is blue, how do i change this; i dont think its the server because its like that on every server i play on

Why don't you just try it.
But yes, it is the original color.

You can even check it here on the forums
Just convert 255 180 30 to hexidecimal and put it in BB [color=][/color] tag.

put it ina txt file save it under ur cstrike\cz dir as .cfg file and exec it in game and then just press z and it will switch colors for you
