When I was playing on my server and I wanted to write that !ff2boss issued this.

I tried to install the vsh2 plugin again, but it didn't work either.

Generally, you're likely to get the best support by posting where that plugin resides. If that isn't on this site, you can attach the source code to a post in the section of the forum that supports SourceMod (you're currently in the AMX Mod X section).
