Game client and server on a same machine.
Before update, I could not get admin access on my own server through steam id, but at least IP address worked.
Now I get "You do not have access to this command" garbage, no matter if admins.cfg or admins_simple is used, steam ID or IP.

I run srcds.exe and not a local/listening server

Version 2.2.2.7 (left4dead2)
Network Version 2.1.0.0
Metamod 1.12.0-dev+1167V (this is most recent available build on the website atm)
SourceMod Version: 1.12.0.7030 (7033 gave basebans.smx errors)

Really need someone to tell me what's going on.

First, try use least stable build instead of development build.
Second, check the "+ip" launch option, it should be "0.0.0.0" or local ip address, not the public ip address.

I have to use developer .12 builds since I need this plugin.

I found the "IP [address]" line in my server.cfg and commented it. This may have fixed the access problem. "status" command gives proper LAN and puplic IP addresses.
