guys after i kill last ct or t i waiting 15 seconds then restart round
i need it default pls (3second) after the sound Counter-Terrorists Wins then Round Restart
help pls

Default is 3 seconds, there is no official cvar other than that, although you may be using regame in that case:

mp_round_restart_delay 3

if you don't have regame installed, disable all your Amxx plugins and test if the round still lasts more than 3 seconds.
