- You should be putting the entity reference into CreateTimer instead of the entity index, and verifying it in the timer callback. See the TUT thread in my sig for details, or other plugins for examples.
- You can remove "public " from callbacks you've named yourself (e.g. timers, events etc).
- You can remove "stock " before those functions, they're all used and the purpose of stock is to prevent warnings of functions that are not being used, so for includes only really.
- You can just precache the model, you don't need to use the IsModelPrecached check.
