XP for Time Playing

Can anyone create a plugin that gives players xp for the amount of time they play in the server.
That does not give out xp to ppl who sit their afk or just idleing in the server (trying to trick the plugin), but people who are actually moving aand shooting.

If u would do that , u would have to make an "campmeter" and something like - "remember frags on server" ......
it would contain ALOT of scripting (wich i wouldn't even dear 2 make) ...
And it would be an XP logger 2 (i think) for the frags, movements , server-play-time?.... So this would maybe be a job 4 the pr0's...like:
Vittu , Freecode , Asskicr , JTP10181 , HOJ - Batman (if he still scripts)..... Or someone like that....

So i would Ask one of them "niceley" to make this , or there might won't ever be a chance of getting this

Now , can anyone tell me if i was right about what i said above?

I know this probably won't help , but i posted my taughts about it anyway.....

you could always get an afk kicker
but there are ways around it
people type something in console and it makes them go forward forever...
anyways i temp ban those people.
so unless they know what to type (i do im just not gonna say...) you should be fine with an afk kicker.
then again theres always people who are like "if i just stand their i can get mercy xp"...
hmm yeah i guess i can see where youre going with this

Ya I think Ill put an AFK Kicker In, then if someone could just make a code that gives out XP for the amount of time a player is in the server (not spec.) thatd be cool.
