look for errors in your server logs...

Here, take a look at the error log, i dont seem to find any error that crashes my server, but my server crashes sometimes..

Ok well it might not even be your heros that is crashing the server.
1. Your computer could suck hardcore. What are you running it on? System Specs
2. If your computer is pretty good then try setting it to high priority (if you dont know how do this)
a. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete
b. click on the procceses tab
c. right click on "hlds.exe"
d. set priority to high
(everything will go to run your server)
