i followed the instructions exactly and for some reason only 25 levels work.. :-\

BTW, before i was using only 20 levels so i know the changes worked...

i also tried having superheromod.inc MAXLEVELS and shconfig.cfg MAXPOWERS set at 30 but no luck...

make sure you renamed the newly compiled file before you moved it to the plugins folder... I'm guessing that you compiled it and moved it over and are not loading it... possibly you have a file called superheromod.amxx in your plugins folder and are still loading the old file in plugins.ini superheromodvault.amxx

edit: i did make some changes to the .sma but those are just changes to the HUD's.... ill even attach it.

watch for errors as server loads, there is ALWAYS an error if the loading levels is diff than what you set in numlevels, also try setting the debug mode to 3 or higher to see extra info

yeah well i noticed on one of ur files u had only 30 levels not the 31 u posted. check dat out! its in ur superhero.ini u only posted 30 not the 31 u wanted or had in the other 2 files.


ok so have all ur files the same levels, and wen i downloaded ur file u put on the forum i noticed that its name was superheromodvault_512.sma.

now i dont think that it should be an sma file it should be amxx after u recompiled it and also wats up with the 512?

o, and please tell me what level you are trying to set up, i dont understand if its 31 or 30.

thight, that doesnt matter... the include and shconfig cvar can have more levels then the superhero.ini... superhero.ini is the most important part...

and the number 512 only happens because of the attachment mod, so it doesnt matter as long as the compiled file matches what is set in the plugins.ini

Unfortunatly he is not supplying any errors which makes it very difficult to help, most likely he just screwed up somewhere during the process...

ok, as you see, in both the shconfig.cfg and superheromod.inc it says MAXlevels and MAXpowers... so im just trying to keep it safe with that, the superhero.ini is the file that actually decides how many levels the server will have, and it is set to 30. as for the "512" when you download files from this forum sometimes the number goes there for some reason..

So, as you see, everything is done correctly and the outcome is still 25 levels... i dont even understand where the server even comes up with 25....

Noob question... do i enable the logs in the shconfig.cfg...? because i set that to 4..... and where do all these messages log...?

not one error comes up when i start the server. i have logging on and in shconfig.cfg i have it set to 4...

edit: i just set it to 10 and still not a single error comes up.
