You're submitting a thread asking for help about a plugin and you haven't even tested the plugin? I'm sorry, but if you dont start using logic and common sense, we won't get anywhere with this.

Remove your attempts of making this and add ONLY MINE. Then give me the updated plugins list because I'm not convinced that you did things like you should.

You do not understand what I was saying. I removed all plugins, I tried yours but it didn't work, why are you saying now that I didn't even try yours? I litteraly said that I tried yours and it didn't work. I do not even know myself why it is not working, maybe I need to add something in config.ini?

Hey OciXCrom, so I added cvars for that plugin, and I wondered, how do I reload my plugin after changing my cvars. So I want to have every time I change my prefix cvar to reload plugin and to everyone who is logged in with prefix to immediatly get new prefix set in cvar.

Is that even posible?

Because you failed to read 50% of my comments.
How did you use the setinfo command exactly?

Well, can you try and test it on your server or something, I really do not know is it my servers fault or plugin is not working properly?

Does it work if you set a prefix in the .ini file for the player that has "setinfo vip 1"?

Hey, I found where the problem was. Problem is in ChatManager.ini. I'll try to explain as best as I can.

So, problem is in this
Code:
"noprefix" "" "format_player" "format_player_team"
"flag" "" "format_admin" "format_admin_team"
Now, how I figured, this is so people with no prefix will have this format, and people with flag will have this format, but when I give someone prefix, they have prefix but no flag, so they can't have their prefix. Hope this makes sence.

So every time I tried with my second account that I use for testing, I didn't have any prefix because I had no flags, now when I set 'setinfo vip 1' on my admin account with flags, I get my prefix. Is there any way to do this then?

Now I can think of one solution, but I wish there is a better one. So I need prefix for vip, so I need them to have flags as well. Then I can give them flag first, and then give them prefix.

Tell me if you find better way to do this.

Edit:

I found one more problem, if I want this plugin to work, player with 'setinfo vip 1' already has to have prefix, so if certain player does not have prefix, it won't work. I can't find solution for this one. I tried to set
Code:
"flag" "z" ""
but I had no luck.

I'am aware that I can set something like
Code:
"flag" "z" "[PLAYER]"
But I don't want that.

Oh, great find. I didn't think of that.

Yes, there is a much easier solution. There is a native that allows you to change the player's chat format - cm_set_user_say_format(). Use this right after you set the prefix and give him the admin format or create a new one for those players. Make sure it has the $admin_prefix$ placeholder in it.

Hm, I belive that it has to be before I set prefix? And will it fix that other thing I was talking about. I do not know if that will fix that thing where user I'm setting prefix for has to have prefix before his setinfo is set.
