Back then there was plugin that allowed to drop knife on death, before the update that actually allowed to drop the knife normally:

Issue is, it wont automatically drop on death.
I've looked a bit through the code and I'm not sure why that specific feature wouldn't still work?
Also, it dosen't seem like there's an actual svar introduced by Danger Zone that allows this.
