Plugin Description:	toggle with defusetime_enabled, prints the amount of time needed to defuse the the bomb

If the bomb explodes before a defuse finishes and the player only needed less than 1 second to successfully defuse it, the plugins prints how much more time was needed to defuse the bomb successfully.

Toggle with defusetime_enabled
