Trying to give donators access to commands such as gravity change, etc. I can give players access to
those commands via overrides but then they would be able to set other players gravity. How can I give
players access to those commands but only allow them to use it on themselves?

He doesn't mean plugins
He means that he can put steam ids to the overrides but how to make it in themselves only?
He dont need plugins to set sm_gravity

He means that he has admin command that uses target system only, not toggled one.
