You will violate GNU General Public License 3 which is the license of sourcemod.
Many people will stop helping you in future. Your reputation is going bad.

If you give the plugin to anyone, you are legally required to also provide the source. This is true no matter what medium/website you use to distribute the plugin, and whether or not you charged money for the plugin. The source must ALWAYS be provided.

If you fail to provide the source, you risk the plugin being blacklisted, meaning that it will not load on the vast majority of servers.
