Not that I agree with its inclusion in the Wiki (would prefer it to be replaced with an example using achievement_earned), but the exercise is still left up to the reader to implement.

Curious why Valve didn't do client-side validation on achievements, of all things.

I brute-forced the entire space by firing the achievement_earned event and making note of the IDs. I fed tf_english.txt into a Python script to generate the enum names, then reordered them and filled in spaces as necessary.

Here's an include file containing all of them, which I made the last time a similar question was posted.

Also, a more efficient way to pull all the achievement IDs would be to write a Valve server plugin (or maybe an extension?) that can call CAchievementMgr::GetAchievementByID, then call the achievement's GetName() method maybe pull the id values from tf/gamestate.txt, then just fire achievement_earned events with those. Not sure if that misses any values, though. I'm missing a number of them in mine, at least.

That's outside the scope of my knowledge to implement, though.
