The solution is to remove dproto, not to create silly plugins.

An admin has removed because this plugin is useless. Removing the way you can fix fake players by removing dproto and change your server only be accessed for steam players.

Lol, all servers are connected to Steam. but if you install dproto then you allow non steam clients to join on server.

But if you don't have such modules like dproto then it means that someone is using multiple steam accounts to spam. But this is overkill and you know it.
