A plugin to emit sound when attacker kills someone.
It has only 3 sounds and will recycle the sounds after 3x kills.

It works on all HL1 based games, just make sure your hamsandwich .ini data is up to date.

The plugin should be somewhat unique - i.e., a plugin that plays sounds with key phrases has been many times before, and would not be approved.
