How to get a Obsidian Conflict server (SRCDS) auto restart at 1AM/Crashes & !rtv?

Hello, Im just curious as I want my OC server to auto restart when it crashes, at 2AM and also give players !RTV?

Im completely new to plugins on SRCDS servers, I have it play and launch through a .bat file (I never see the SRCDS window, purely the Windows Command Prompt)

How would I go around this?

Search up "srcds guardian 3.0", it might be something usefull, as its a batch file made for auto restarting and logging crashes.

Take rockthevote.smx out of plugins/disabled/

Rockthevote reads it from the mapcycle cvar (which by default should be cfg/mapcycle.txt)
