Banned players beeing able to re join

I don't know why, but banned players in my tf2 server are able to re join

I use /ban xxx 0 blablabla
and the guy who just get banned re connects, as if he just get kicked!

WTF?!?!?

Upgrade SourceMod to latest stable version.
https://www.sourcemod.net/downloads.php?branch=stable

To make sure, all files get updated/overwritten, need unload SM first.

-Move metamod.vdf file out from ...addons/ folder and reboot server.
Now MM:S and SM should not run.

- Update these SM folders from server

...addons/sourcemod/bin
...addons/sourcemod/extensions
...addons/sourcemod/gamedata
...addons/sourcemod/plugins
...addons/sourcemod/translations

- move metamod.vdf file back to ...addons/ folder and reboot server.
Wait few minutes, SM maybe updating new gamedata files, then again reboot server.

After these, try test ban yourself for 2 minutes, does it work.

Does SM or game logs have something info about that ban action.

Also, try disable any other ban plugins, like "too late" and that "ip ban"

And can you show, how exactly you ban a person ?

same without TLTB and IP ban

to ban I just use /ban <name> <time>

about the logs, where can I found the right log file?

and did you find game log file ? Or do you have "log on" in your server ?
