Hi ! when i used this player spawn with crowbar weapon ? how to fix this !

The Spawn function will give you the necessary equipment. Namely weapon_crowbar, weapon_9mmhandgun and a few clips. (assuming the game is HLDM). You can't pick up "another" crowbar, and since weapon_crowbar won't "dissapear" like CS's knife (if I'm wrong please correct me since I'm not exactly sure about this one), it will stay on the ground, ready for anyone to pick it up, since that's its default behavior in Half-Life.

I assume you executed Ham_Spawn while alive.
