As for molotovs hitting buildings, I think that's a good thing - tributes that found a shelter will be rewarded. And if an admin wants molotovs to always hit tributes, he can set the sm_molotovheight to minimal and it will always spawn just above tribute.
What do you think?

i see you have finally added youtube video of it
guess the map you tested have very high skybox
since when i tested it on de_dust2 the skybox is very low

any chance to add command start rain with command not after x time? i want to start manually if its possible

Yep. But on dust2 you can set sm_molotovheight to a lower value so I guess it's ok. Or is it not?

Done. It's sm_molotovstart. But you can only make 1 molotov rain at a time.

thanks it was fast, you can think about make this plugin set like grenades,freeze bomb,toxic bomb,tactical grenade, etc etc all bombs and effect you can make ) would be good if all diffrent plugin of course

I'm not sure if I understood you. You would like me to write more plugins but with different grenades falling from the sky? If so, why not just make a ConVar to choose the grenade type?

I've fixed 2 bugs. Please see the changelog in the main post for details.
One of them doesn't matter but one does, so update plugin on your servers.

sm_molotovtimerstart 60 < is this mean 60 seconds from round start molotov will rain ?
sm_molotovtimerend 30< is this mean 30 seconds left molotov rain will end ?

also ... can you add beams to the falling molotov?
