warning 234: symbol "FCVAR_PLUGIN" is marked as deprecated: No logic using this flag ever existed in a released game. It only ever appeared in the first hl2sdk.

It's just a warning. That won't stop it from compiling and working. Keep in mind this plugin is 3 years old, which isn't necessarily old, but there are much newer and more effective "surf bug fix" plugins available in these forums for various issues related to ramp glitches and movement bugs.
