Hello!

This is my first plugin to release after a request, also made use for my own jailbreak server.
So what this does it sets teammate noblock with a command, only warden can use the commands.
When round is over it will reset noblock.


Commands:

sm_noblockon = sets noblock on.
sm_noblockoff = sets noblock off.

Updated it.

A few people couldnt get it to work on there servers so I modifed it abit.
Updated the main post with the new plugin.
