Name: Prisoner Scout
Melee: Boston Basher
Abilities: Super Jump, Weighdown, Rage
Rage: Stun + Gain Baby Face's Blaster
Baby Face's Blaster gained on rage:
Deals 25% less damage, shoots 25% faster, 2 times more bullets per shot.

Model is missing textures, I looked at the files and it is not hexed correctly, but he is good for a first boss.

Hmm... Actually, I didn't make the model, so I don't really know how to fix it. Is it asking too much for someone to fix and re-upload it? If someone does fix it, just don't change anything in the config...
