When somebody press a button, it must show in centre or somewhere: "Player X pressed the button". Thank you.

No, it is not possible. It is only possible to see what commands are sent to the server (e.g. +use, +forward, impulse, etc.).

I think OP meant the buttons of the map (like deathrun maps).

When somebody call, for an example, on a zombie escape map, the helicopter, the plugin must show you who called.
