Hey,
i got sometimes server crash and the error:

PreMinidumpCallback: updating dump comment
crash_20150228203440_1.dmp[22888]: Uploading dump (out-of-process)
/tmp/dumps/crash_20150228203440_1.dmp
crash_20150228203440_1.dmp[22888]: Finished uploading minidump (out-of-process): success = no
crash_20150228203440_1.dmp[22888]: error: libcurl.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
crash_20150228203440_1.dmp[22888]: file ''/tmp/dumps/crash_20150228203440_1.dmp'', upload no: ''libcurl.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory''


why its can happen and how to fix it?

The error you're getting is because your server is crashing, ignore it and focus on the crash itself.

The Accelerator extension is probably the easiest way.

Somewhere on the forum is a post describing how to debug crashes / core dumps in Linux (which I'm assuming is the OS in question from the /tmp path), but I couldn't find it.
