problem with connect

I have got problem with my sourcebans when I am trying to connect server to sourcebans it give me "can't connect" I got this using debugmode

You have to open TCP 27015 on ur gameserver

i am open TCP PORT but i got same problem !

Open TCP in/out 27015 and 3306. If this doesn't solve the issue contact back.

I have opend tcp ports ...
