This plugin makes sapper better for sapping robots

Any sapper now deal 25/s for any sapped robot for the lenght of the sap
When sapping sentrybuster it will make self destruct
Sapper disables the health regen bomb upgrade for lenght of the sap
The sapper can take any small robot class besides heavy and engineer
Giants will be forced to use melee for the duration of the sap

Well, I made a similar plugin a while ago (only for pure personal fun). My plugin would make the robots become your allies for the duration of the sapping and, since it was making the sapper simply more powerful that it was before, just like your plugin do, I was thinking about making it an upgrade in the MvM upgrade station.
The problem was that it is simply not doable with Sourcemod (well, we can still do it by manually editing mvm_upgrades.txt, but that's a pretty bad method which actually doesn't even allow custom attributes...).

Anyways, if there was any possible way to do this, then it would very probably be a must-have feature for your plugin.
