[TF2] Server "crashing" when starting

Hello AM Community, i'm currently having a problem with my TF2 Server.
As always, after bigger updates (this year's halloween for example) my server stops working entirely, i usually wait about a quarter month, then update the SRCDS again.
This time, it didn't solve the problem, it made it worse.
After the halloween update, my server crashes when anyone connects and chooses a team.
Now after the SRCDS update, the server doesn't start at all. It shows that it's loading for maybe 1 or 2 seconds and then completely vanishes, as in the file isn't running anymore.
I tried updating Sourcemod and updating my plugins. Comepletely reinstalling the server is a no-go, i don't have 4 hours to spend on that.
I hope any of you can help me with that, if any files are needed, crash reports, etc. please tell me and i will upload them ASAP.
