A little bit more info would help, the title isn't even descriptive.

Which game mod are you running? OS? SM version? MM version? Plugins?

I'm running Team Fortress 2 on Linux.
SourceMod Version: 1.6.3-dev+4580
Metamod:Source version 1.10.4-dev

Everything is running stable here.

and tf2 server not same like csgo

I've never run a CS:GO server, but have you tried verifying your server game data?

That should make sure everything is all there and nothing is damaged, I'd try that since you said SM and MM aren't the cause. Something may be wrong with the server files.
