I want a vip plugin that have the following benefits, and every benefit in part to be on a certain flag ( if you don't know what i meen by flag you can check candy_system ) Sorry for my english!

• If you kill someone then do you get your weapon clip full( flag "t" )
• 5 HP do vip get from 1 kill ( flag "t" )
• 5 AP do vip get from 1 kill ( flag "k" )
• 1 HE do vip get from 1 kill ( flag "t" )
• Vip speed more with 10% or make a cvar with i can edit( flag "t" )
• Vip damage more with 10% or make a cvar with i can edit ( flag "k" )
• 100$ do vip get from 1 kill ( flag "k" )
• Premium menu - 1. Ak47 + Helm + Eagle 2. M4a1 + Helm + Eagle ( flag "t" )
• V.I.P Skin - the default on of models/player/vip ( flag "k" )
• To show the damage done to a player and the damage that you get by a player ( flag "t" )
• Display in the scoreboard VIP ( flag "t" )
• Public comands : /premium ( show the vips online )

The plugin is very complex and hard to do. If you can help me thank you !

you just should edit cvars , and change /vips to /permium
and u can add weapon clip yourself , it's easy just search for that.
