Commands :
sm_stop : Enables/Disables projectile stopper
sm_stop_on : Enables projectile stopper
sm_stop_off : Disables projectile stopper
sm_stop_boom : Enables/Disables extra pimping effects
sm_stop_boom_on : Enables extra pimping effects
sm_stop_boom_off : Disables extra pimping effects
sm_stop_menu : Menu to choose what effects to add
sm_stop_add : Adds stuff to the menu; Format sm_stop_add <MenuName> <classname>
Cvars:
sm_stop_max_projectiles : 30 : Maximum projectile allowed per client
sm_stop_logs : 0 : Spastic logs
sm_stop_effects: 1 : Allows creation of extra effects
sm_stop_speed : 1100.0 : Speed that projectiles get after stopping
sm_stop_hook : 1 : Hook type 1 = click-release; 2 = hold-release
sm_stop_target" : 0 : Allows togglers (stop and stop_boom) to target others

Menu configs are saved in sourcemod/configs as "Valid spawn classes.txt"; There is an optional pre-made file with some classes in it
