What are the difference between theese messages?
I know HudTextArgs are used to send out the "help messages" like "You have got the bomb".

1. How to use them? (What arguments, short, long, byte and what they are for)
2. What are they used for?

This is from my "Plant Or Die" plugin:
Code:
message_begin(MSG_ONE, g_msgid_hud_text_args, {0, 0, 0}, g_carrier)     write_string("#Hint_you_have_the_bomb") // predefined CS message (you cant print your own)     // don't know what other two byte for     // i tryed to set it to different values     // but never noticed the difference     write_byte((1<<0))     write_byte(0)     message_end()
