Does anyone know or is there any way to view the actual code that occurs when a grenade explosion takes place in cs:s. I know that it creates some sprites and likely a smoke ent but I want to be able to make my own explosion or have just the actual effect of a grenade going off however I need to know what the default code looks like in order to base something off it.

AddTempEntHook(const String:te_name[], TEHook:hook);

use server command sm_dump_teprops teprops.txt list temp entities names.
