I assume I did something wrong here but am not sure what.. I finally updated my TF2items for the first time in a while to use Sarge's new taunt plugin, but it seems to have the side effect of breaking the sticky jumper and it using regular sticky bombs (and doing damage as such). Can someone point me in the right direction?

It'd help if we knew what you were doing with sticky jumpers to begin with. TF2Items doesn't just randomly change items after all.

??

I have nothing editing them except the sticky jumper bombz plugin, which is why I assumed this was what changed it. Reverting to an earlier version of tf2 items fixed it when I tested earlier.

This is a known bug in Sticky Jumper Bombz 1.1.0. Updating to 1.1.1 (released a month ago) should fix it.

Edit: Basically it was missing the PRESERVE_ATTRIBUTES flag, which stopped working (and was treated as always on) in TF2Items 1.5.3 around the time Sticky Jumper Bombz 1.1.0 came out in October 2013... but TF2Items 1.6.0 was released to fix that bug.

According to asherkin in this post, TF2Items 1.5.3 can't remove attributes no matter if PRESERVE_ATTRIBUTES is set or not: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=235010

That is correct, but 1.5.3 is no longer the latest release, 1.6.0 is (and has been for many moons).
