Vocalize Admin Commands

About:

A simple plugin to control vocalization of other players.
Gagging will prevent player initiated vocalizes while muting will prevent all vocalizes, including automated vocalizes coming from the player. Requires CHAT admin flag.

The "vocalize" command can be used to force players to vocalize a certain scene or vocalize string. Requires SLAY admin flag.

Description:

Provide administrators with basic vocalize commands.

Commands:

sm_vocalizegag <#userid|name> - Removes a player's ability to use vocalize.
sm_vocalizeungag <#userid|name> - Restores a player's ability to use vocalize.

sm_vocalizemute <#userid|name> - Removes all vocalize coming from a player.
sm_vocalizeunmute <#userid|name> - Restores all vocalize coming from a player.

sm_vocalize <#userid|name> <vocalize|scene file> [pre-delay] [pitch] - Forces player to vocalize or perform a scene.

Cvars:

No adjustable convars in this plugin.

Known Problems / Things to Notice:

• This plugin require Scene Processor.

if i am gag vocalizes from me, and start vocalalize scene "_C4_BigStormHits01" - Storm, okay I can not hear, but the bots start talking that say if vocalalizes from me not gag .

This plugin slowly lock vocalalizes.

old vocalizefatigue 2 works fine with this test.
