[CS|CZ]Team Identify Helper

Description:-

It happens a lot of times, when playing CS at some place (mostly dark places) players get confused seeing another player whether its a TEAM MATE or an ENEMY .... well, this plugin helps the players to distinguish between ENEMIES and TEAM MATES easy and fast. IT creates a RED glow on ENEMIES and BLUE glow on TEAM MATES.

The plugin has 2 modes. If the mode is 0, TIH is free and anyone can activate it using a menu opened by saying "/tih". If mode is set to 1 TIH needs to be bought , the command remains the same, for mode 1 when a player says "/tih" a menu pops up with 2 options. 1st one is buy TIH, 2nd one is "Info", info tells players what TIH does, and 1st command buys TIH and shows the menu to enable/disable TIH to that player.

Also the "Info" command has an inbuilt spam blocker preventing players from spamming it.

Cvars:-

tih_mode - Mode of the plugin (Default - 0) (0 - free | 1 - costs some money)
tih_cost - If mode is 1, what should be the cost (Default - 3000 $)
tih_one_round - Whether or not to remove TIH after 1 round (Default - 0) (0 - no | 1 -yes)
