Plugin Request...Console Buying = Kick

To combat the increasing console buying of restricted weapons, can someone create a plugin that would kick a person that does this? Is there some way to cross check what is restricted and what is purchased to avoid kicking legitimate weapon purchases? Make sense?

Nope. If the weapon is restricted through the amx_restmenu, it can still be bought through the console if you know the command. This ends up causing an unfair advantage for people that know the command, because it allows them to buy sniper rifles when everyone else has no access to them.

I believe this issue was resolved in AMXX 1.60. If it wasn't, then it will be in 1.65.

Or if you want it cured with a plugin, like you asked, you could try Advanced Weapon Restriction. I find it much better than the built in weapon restriction. As soon as a person gets a restricted gun, it drops it. Very handy I think.

I know what he's talking about considering I have my weapon binds using the glitched way of console buying. Some servers have it fixed and some don't. Could just be the amxx versions they have.

Basically you type the guns id in all caps instead of lowercase and you can buy it. ex. M4A1 instead of m4a1. =/ For those of you that don't know what he's talking about.
