This plugin which I made with extensive help from Marcus_Brown001 and thetwistedpanda will allow a player to manipulate their chat and name colors in chat with a basic series of menus and one command.

Commands:
sm_colors - Open the global menu for SimpleChatColors
sm_resetcolors - Reset your current selected colors back to default colors
sm_previewcolors - Prints all colors currently found in the config file to that chat
sm_resetcolorsall -*ROOT* Resets everyone's colors back to default, this was implemented if you are editing the plugin and wanted to reload it.

CVar:
sm_colorname_enabled - Enable a player to change their namecolor - Default: 1, 1 = Enabled, 0 = Disabled



Installation Instructions:
Place SimpleChatColors.smx inside sourcemod/plugins
Place colorsmenu.ini inside sourcemod/configs
Load the plugin with the command sm plugins load SimpleChatColors and a sm_resetcolorsall OR Restart the map

You also need to upload a copy of the plugin binary to the downloads section; I do not know if the website's compiler has SDKTools or MoreColors. Evidently it is missing one because you can't compile it (my money is on it missing MoreColors).

I believe the only thing this does that yours does not is allow the player to set a custom color to their name along with their message. Besides that one feature, your plugin does everything this does and then some.
